Refund policy
Bonati.lv sells food products (tea and coffee). For food products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the product is delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
1) When a refund is possible
- Damaged on arrival (product or packaging).
- Wrong item received.
- Quality issue / defect confirmed after inspection.
2) When a refund is not possible
- Tea, coffee and other food products once delivered, especially if sealed packaging is opened.
- Items unsuitable for return due to health protection / hygiene reasons.
3) How to request a refund
- Email us at info@bonati.lv (include your order number).
- Add photos of the product and packaging (for damage or quality cases).
- We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
4) Refund timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Usually within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
5) Return shipping
- If the issue is our fault (wrong item, damage or defect), we cover reasonable return costs or offer an alternative solution.
- In other cases, return shipping costs may apply (if a return is legally possible).
