Refund policy

 

Bonati.lv sells food products (tea and coffee). For food products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the product is delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.


1) When a refund is possible

  • Damaged on arrival (product or packaging).
  • Wrong item received.
  • Quality issue / defect confirmed after inspection.

2) When a refund is not possible

  • Tea, coffee and other food products once delivered, especially if sealed packaging is opened.
  • Items unsuitable for return due to health protection / hygiene reasons.

3) How to request a refund

  1. Email us at info@bonati.lv (include your order number).
  2. Add photos of the product and packaging (for damage or quality cases).
  3. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.

4) Refund timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Usually within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

5) Return shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong item, damage or defect), we cover reasonable return costs or offer an alternative solution.
  • In other cases, return shipping costs may apply (if a return is legally possible).
