Terms of service


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.bonati.lv (“Site”) and purchases made on the Site. The Site is operated by SIA “MAGNALTO”, Reg. No. 40203360596 (“we”, “us”).

1) Using the Site

  • You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site (including viruses, scraping, fraud, or unauthorized access).
  • If you are under the legal age, you may use the Site only with a parent/guardian.

2) Products & information

  • We sell tea and coffee products. Product descriptions and images are provided for information. Colors and appearance may differ depending on your device.
  • We may update products, prices, and availability at any time.

3) Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the provided information is accurate (name, delivery address, contacts).
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or other reasonable reasons. If paid, you will be refunded.

4) Prices & payments

  • Prices are shown on the Site. Delivery costs (if any) are displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card data.

5) Delivery

  • Delivery terms and options are shown at checkout and/or in our shipping information on the Site.
  • Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6) Returns & refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy published on the Site.
  • For food products (tea/coffee), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply after delivery, as permitted by law.

7) Intellectual property

  • All content on the Site (texts, images, design, logo) belongs to us or our partners and may not be used without permission.

8) Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9) Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy on the Site.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved according to Latvian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is published on the Site.
