Brewing method:

• Warm or rinse a porcelain or ceramic teapot with boiling water;
• Pour the tea at the rate of 1 teaspoon of brew per 200 ml of water;
• fill up the teapot with water with the temperature of 90-100 °С for 1/3 and let to stand for 1-2 minutes;
• then add boiling water up to half, again give time for brewing and only then add the rest of the water;
• pour 1/2 cup of brew and top off with hot water for a ready drink;
• brew is used once;
• the tea combines well with milk, honey and lemon.
