Brewing method:

• Pour 1 teaspoon of the dry mixture into 250 ml of boiling water (≈80° - 90° C).
• Do not use boiling water - it will destroy all the useful properties in the tea. Allow to infuse for 1-2 minutes and drain the first brew.
• Infuse the second brew for 2-3 minutes.
• Jasmine green tea can be brewed about four times - on the fifth it will lose its flavor and aroma. With each subsequent brew, the duration of infusion of the drink should be increased by half a minute.
• Adding a little milk to the tea - you will feel a slight milky effect, helping to improve the metabolism.
